A couple of Texas country queens.

Miranda Lambert and Kacey Musgraves both appeared last night on Matthew McConaughey’s “We’re Texas” benefit concert to represent their home state and country music.

They were joined by other artists like George Strait and Post Malone to raise money for relief from the incredibly devastating winter storms that hit the Lone Star state recently.

Miranda sang an “oldie but goodie,” as she put it, and did an awesome acoustic version of her 2011 hit single “Heart Like Mine,” while Kacey performed a cover of her friend Willie Nelson’s iconic “On The Road Again.”

“Man, I really miss my home state. I miss the food, I miss the people, and I miss being on the road, so let’s bust this one out by the good old patron saint Willie Nelson. And wherever you are, sing it with me and I hope I get to see you soon.”

Me too, Kacey… me too.
