VIDEO: Driver Runs Smack Dab Into The Middle Of A Flying Deer Stampede

Imagine driving down the road, and maybe you look down to change the radio station, maybe you’re just taking in the scenic views of the country roads and then BOOM… out of nowhere, you’re in the middle of a deer stampede, horns and hooves FLYING across the road. Leaping over your car, leaping into your car, leaping everywhere…

Well, that’s exactly what happened to one driver according to the Oakland County, Michigan, Sheriff’s Department. Many publications are claiming that it was Upper Peninsula, Michigan, but we’re not entirely sure where the actual scene of the stampede is. It looks much more like Europe.

The wild video shows dashcam footage of six deer running out in front of another car, literally flying across the road like they had wings on their back. And while I really shouldn’t laugh, it gets kinda funny when the deer start jumping around like the road is on fire.

Luckily enough, the Oakland County Sheriff’s office noted that there were no injuries, even to the deer.

They just had one message to send out via Facebook:

“Another reminder you have to always be in control of your car and not distracted by anything else.”

Not gonna lie though, the background music in this video makes it sound like it’s straight off The Conjuring. The Sheriff department got a lot of extra time on their hands to be editing deer videos with creepy music.

And while we’re on the topic of deer, dash cams and County Sheriffs… how about this deputy hitting at deer at 114 mph in Minnesota.
