Nashville Bartender Performs Carrie Underwood’s “Blown Away” While Still Slinging Drinks, Taking Orders

Pretty damn impressive.

A few years back this Nashville bartender went viral performing Carrie Underwood’s “Blown Away” while still serving up drinks and taking orders at WannaB’s Karaoke Bar… and she didn’t miss a BEAT.

It’s hard enough to stay on top of things at a busy Nashville bar, and it’s damn near impossible for the average bartender to do Carrie Underwood any justice, but hell if Kristin didn’t nail both right here.

“A video from a few years ago has resurfaced showing a Nashville bartender, Kristin, singing Carrie Underwood’s “Blown Away” while continuing to serve drinks, never missing an order, or a beat. The bar is packed, too. Impressive.”

Slinging drinks, hitting those high notes, talent is all over the place in Nashville.

And after that post went viral, people started sending in other videos of Kristin singing and bartending from a few years back.

One of those is below, where she takes on “Down” by Miranda Lambert.

Naturally, she crushed it.

Carrie Underwood on Chris Stapleton

Carrie Underwood recently sat down with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe (virtually of course) to discuss her new Christmas record, her Cry Pretty Tour, surviving quarantine, family life and more, but they also started talking about some of the other artists Carrie is digging like Foo Fighters, Machine Gun Kelly, NF, and the great Chris Stapleton:

Zane: “We’ve got to a point now where we’re playing Chris Stapleton. This is an incredibly well-respected, well-regarded and well-loved artist. What is it about Chris that people love so much? And we know how good his songs are, but I feel like it’s a human experience, people just love Chris.”

Carrie: “He’s kind of the anti-country star. We have a lot of outlaw country guys, but he’s just kind of the reluctant, there we go, the reluctant country star.

He just has this incredible voice. You feel everything that he’s saying. I’m a vocal person. I love just listening to people’s isms and their vocal abilities. He has such a great instrument. And then couple that with just how he writes and he’s so honest and just says things simply, but to the point and put those things together and it’s a pleasure to get to listen to him.”

Hit the nail on the head.
