The Boss got busted.
Fresh off that impressive “The Middle” Jeep commercial, the first ad he’s ever done, Bruce has found himself in the middle of another first… his first DUI.
According to TMZ, Bruce was arrested at Gateway National Recreation Area in Sandy Hook, NJ this past November, and he was cited for DWI, reckless driving, and consuming alcohol in a closed area. Why it’s just coming out now? Who knows…
It sounds like Springsteen was cooperative with police and that he appeared to be driving around a National Park of some kind, but the irony isn’t lost on me (or anyone else) that he JUST did a Super Bowl commercial for a car company.
And Twitter brought the jokes.
