Whoops…
In what they’re calling a “simply an oversight,” the Dallas Cowboys have one glaring omission from their latest off-season hype video… their star quarterback Dak Prescott.
Now, according to their Senior Director of Media & Programming, it was just a simple mistake… but is it?
“This was simply an oversight that should have been caught and corrected by us. Anyone who’s making it seem like Cowboys’ decision makers use social media videos to make statements doesn’t understand or take the time to understand how it all works. Trust me, there’s no story here.”
Titled “Season Begins Now,” here’s the new video:
Yep… no Dak to be seen anywhere. Of course, they Cowboys failed to come to an agreement on a new contract last season so they slapped the franchise tag on him in 2020. We’ll see what happens, but unless Dak gets his money during the off-season, that could be the route they go again this year.
Needless to say, if Cowboys fans weren’t already frustrated with the team, they are now… and Twitter let ’em hear it.
not sure if y’all know this but there’s a quarterback on the roster who is pretty good

PAY YOUR FRANCHISE QUARTERBACK.

When 54 is in our highlights and 4 isn’t. It says everything about why we haven’t seen a NFC championship game in 25+ years.

No way did Dak get left out of this video. This needs to be edited ASAP.
