C2C Festival Officially Postponed Until 2022

Remember back when the pandemic started and festivals got pushed back to the fall? And then remember when fall came around and they got rescheduled all together until the following year?

Well, now that the following year is here, the sobering reality is that we’re nowhere even close to out of the woods yet.

C2C Festival, the UK’s premiere country music fest, has officially rescheduled their already rescheduled festival… to 2022.

“We are sad to say that C2C will not be able to go ahead in March 2021 as planned, but we look forward to seeing you all again in 2022!”

The original lineup included Eric Church, Luke Combs and Darius Rucker as the headliners, with additional performances from The Cadillac Three, Tanya Tucker, Runaway June, Old Dominion and more.

C2C Festival takes places in March, so this was probably to be expected, but it remains to be seen what the rest of the year will bring. I imagine we’re probably still not going to see too many festivals this year, if any, however Dr. Fauci recently suggested that larger concerts could resume sometime in the fall if the vaccine rollout goes according to plan.

Either way, we’re only a few weeks into 2021 and festivals are already being pushed back to 2022… it’s gonna be a long year.
