Baseball Icon Tommy Lasorda Dies At 93

It’s a sad day for baseball, and sports.

Los Angeles Dodgers legend, icon, Hall of Famer, Tommy Lasorda has died at the age of 93.

According to ESPN, Lasorda “suffered a sudden cardiopulmonary arrest at his home Thursday night and was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead less than an hour later.”

He was the Dodgers manager from from 1976 to 1996.

He has:

– 2 World Series wins

– 4 National League pennants

– 8 division titles

He also won 1,599 games.
