Randy Houser Dishes Out Good Advice In Unreleased New “Rub A Little Dirt On It”

So turns out Randy Houser has been posting his recent acoustic performances while spending time alone fighting off the ole’ coronavirus.

Randy posted to his Instagram story that he couldn’t smell or really taste the meats he was grilling up on the Traeger, then his wife Tatiana posted a video to her Instagram story answering fans questions on if they were sick, telling everyone that Randy had tested positive 10 days ago and the family was all quarantining together.

While holed up in their house, Randy has been posting acoustic performances of some newly written songs, and I’ve got to say, they’ve been pretty great. A few days back, he previewed a new one called “Take It To The Bank,” and now he’s back with another one.

The latest, called “Rub A Little Dirt On It,” puts the often given advice in perspective, urging you to toughen up a little bit, cause life ain’t always going to be easy.

Pretty spot on, given the family’s situation…

“Nother new one written with two of my favorites… Jeff Hyde and Ryan Tyndell. Since my family and I have been quarantined at home with the ole ‘Rona, it seemed like a good time to share new music with y’all.”

Randy’s three unreleased songs seem to build on the personal tones of his last album “Magnolia” and it’s truly great. Heal up and keep cranking them out, Randy, I love it.

Another called “Note To Self”
