A live-action Clifford The Big Red Dog movie is coming in 2021.
Look – yes, it looks like a painted dog, but this is still pretty cool if you grew up reading and watching Clifford.
These fancy movie people have all the CGI needed to make a lab look red without pouring paint on him – that will keep PETA off their asses. Don’t you worry, the pup was taken care of.

When middle-schooler Emily Elizabeth (Darby Camp) meets a magical animal rescuer (John Cleese) who gifts her a little, red puppy, she never anticipated waking up to find a giant ten-foot hound in her small New York City apartment.
