BIG mood.
Last night, at the 54th Annual CMA Awards, Luke Combs had himself a big night. He lit the stage on fire with a boot stompin’ performance of “Cold As You,” he took home the Album of the Year award for What You See Is What You Get, and he even took home the award for Male Vocalist of the Year. As humble as they come in country music, Luke accepted his awards with grace a humility, thanking all the people that helped to get to him to where he was today.
But then it came time for the coveted Entertainer of the Year award.
When they announced the winner, Luke finally went bonkers celebrating… for Eric Church.
Nobody in that room, maybe even Eric himself, was happier than Luke to hear the name “Eric Church” for Entertainer of the Year. Hopping to his feet immediately, with a good hard fist pump, Luke was smiling ear to ear.
Stay classy Luke.
Also, Luke was closer to the camera, but check out Jon Pardi in back going crazy for Eric too. Jumping up and down and throwing fists in the air.
