Blake Shelton Teams Up With Shenandoah For New “Then A Girl Walks In”

Shenandoah hasn’t released a new album since 1994, but that’s all about to change.

Out a week from today (November 13th), their upcoming album Every Road features collaborations from some of the biggest stars in country music. Shenandoah has enlisted the help of artists like Ashley McBryde, Dierks Bentley, Cody Johnson and Blake Shelton, who joined them on their newest release, “Then A Girl Walks In.”

Written by Adam Sanders, Lance Miller, Brad Warren, and Brett Warren, Shenandoah frontman Marty Raybon added that “Blake Shelton is truly a big piece of this new record. His vocals are as solid as a slab of concrete.”

Co-founding member Mike McGuire also spoke highly of collaborating with Shelton: “We knew Blake must be a Shenandoah fan when he picked one of our songs for the past four seasons in a row on The Voice for his artists to sing, but we never dreamed we’d have the opportunity to actually do a duet with him personally. What a blessing.”

Previously released song include, “If Only,” featuring Ashley McBryde and “I’d Take Another One Of Those” featuring Zac Brown.
