Sam Elliott is national treasure.
Road House, The Big Lebowski, A Star Is Born, The Ranch, not to mention badass Coors Banquet commercials from the ’90s, and even the more recent Doritos Super Bowl commercials… for the most part, that majestic voice is loved by all.
Although, now that he voiced a Joe Biden commercial during tonight’s broadcast of World Series Game 1, folks on the other side of the political aisle might be turning in their fan card.
With the Star Spangled Banner playing in the background, the ad is titled “Go From There.”

Many people associate Elliott’s conservative character on The Ranch with his actual political beliefs, however, in previous interviews he has he has labeled himself as “center of the road.” Although, he once referred to Trump supporters as “not very smart” in a different interview with fellow castmates Ashton Kutcher and Danny Masterson.
He has also been the subject for numerous conservative political memes over the years, especially with his “The Stranger” character from The Big Lebowski.
And just when you thought there was one guy everybody could agree on, Twitter erupts, and Sam Elliott is the #1 trending topic in the country.
Go ahead and get ready for the firestorm of Twitter comments.

Ugh. Sam Elliott has probably always been on the dark side but I always just held out hope that he wasn’t. Bummer.

Always thought Sam Elliott was a man of God. Just another actor. To bad.

The Democrats are comprised of Hollywood puppets such as Sam Elliott. The people don't care what you think about Joe Biden. He is a criminal.
