I threw this in at the end of the “Bill Burr pissed off woke white women” blog yesterday, but it’s just too good not to get its own blog. I’m actually kind of pissed at myself for not just firing off back-to-back Burr blogs yesterday morning, but what’s done is done.
As you know, Bill hosted SNL this past weekend, and aside from the previously mentioned monologue, which was fire by the way, he starred in a number of SNL skits. If you’ve seen a single SNL episode in your entire life, you know how it works, and yet somehow I still feel the need to explain how the show works…
Anyways, Bill’s “Real Bostonians” commercial for Sam Adams pumpkin beer was downright hysterical. I’m good for one pumpkin beer a season, just ONE, and the rest sit in my fridge until July. This hit the nail right on fahkin’ head.
My God, Burr is a legend.
Honestly, companies should just hire SNL to produce all their Boston-area commercials.
They’re fahkin’ gold.
