Brothers Osborne Crank It To Eleven With Hard Charging “Dead Man’s Curve”

Eric Ryan Anderson

One week away…

While the Bros are gearing up to drop their upcoming studio album next Friday, they’re still dropping new songs for the fans all the way up to the release. Written by John Osborne, TJ Osborne, and Lee Miller, “Dead Man’s Curve” is by far the most full throttle, high-energy track we’ve heard to date.

“Dead man’s curve, dead man’s curve
No redemption, no return
Good God, I’m either gonna crash or burn
Down dead man’s curve.
Dead man’s curve, dead man’s curve
Country boys ain’t never gonna learn
Nobody ever makes you do that turn
Dead man’s curve (Dead man’s curve)”

Fast talking, guitar shredding, it’s everything you love from the Bros and more. They’ve promised to go even deeper on Skeletons, and based on everything we’ve heard so far, they appear to be men of their word.

“If ‘Pawn Shop’ was our introduction, and ‘Port Saint Joe’ was like the first conversation we had with someone over a beer, then ‘Skeletons’ is the moment where you start getting down to the real stuff and showing who you really are. If you really want to get to know us, this is the record to do it.”

In addition to this new one, we’ve heard the title track“Hatin’ Somebody,” and my personal favorite, “I’m Not For Everyone.” They also performed “Make It A Good One” as part of a recent CMT television special.

Next Friday people… get excited.
