How you gonna come at Mr. Szalinski like that?
Actor Rick Moranis, best known for his role as Mr. Szalinski in Honey, I Shrunk The Kids, was attacked in broad daylight this morning in an unprovoked attack. Moranis was walking on the sidewalk near Central Park yesterday morning when he was punched in the side of the head by a stranger. The blow knocked him to the ground.
According to the New York Post, Moranis suffered a head injury, along with back and right hip pain.
The attack was captured on a surveillance camera, however the suspect still remains at large.
Moranis also appeared in Ghostbusters and Ghostbusters II in the ’80s, along with Spaceballs in 1997.
He is set to reprise his role as Wayne Szalinski in an upcoming Honey, I Shrunk the Kids sequel, titled Shrunk.
