Coronavirus can’t stop Willie Nelson and company from raising money for farmers.

Announced the the 35th Annual Farm Aid Music Festival will once again feature Willie Nelson, along with fellow board members Dave Matthews, Neil Young and John Mellencamp, and this year will also include performance from Jack Johnson, Bonnie Raitt, Chris Stapleton, Jamey Johnson, Brandi Carlile, Margo Price, Boz Scaggs, Black Pumas, Edie Brickell with Charlie Sexton, Jon Batiste, Kelsey Waldon, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Nathaniel Rateliff, Particle Kid, the Record Company, Valerie June, and the War and Treaty. More artists are to be announced soon.

The virtual festival will air on September 26th on the official Farm Aid YouTube Channel, along with the Farm Aid website, AXS TV, Fans.com and more.

And since raising money each year depends on festival ticket and merchandise sales, this year’s fundraising will rely solely on donations.

“This pandemic and so many other challenges have revealed how essential family farmers and ranchers are to the future of our planet,” Willie Nelson said in a statement. “Farm Aid 2020 is going to give the whole country a chance to learn about the important work of farmers and how they’re contributing to our well-being, beyond bringing us good food.”

The show will also aim to “showcase the diversity and strength of family farmers with stories from across the country.”

Getcha wallets ready people… let’s fill that tip jar up.
