This time he’s wasted, slurring his words, and driving a lawnmower on Highway 316.
Paul Burke was eventually arrested on his third DUI charge after refusing a sobriety test, saying he only had “a couple” couple drinks, but quickly clarifying that it was plenty more.
“I’m not gonna lie to you…I have had maybe a little too much to drink tonight,” he says.
In the arrest video below, it won’t be hard to see that Paul was indeed shit-canned, and a complete fool for endangering people on a road where the speed limit is 55.
Eventually he tells the cop “just take me to jail.”
Which they did.
