Tim McGraw Releases New Acoustic Performance Of “Hallelujahville”

Stanford guy, eh?

Country icon Tim McGraw is back with another studio album on the horizon and, in addition to the title track “Here On Earth,” Tim has released a follow up song titled “Hallelujahville.” The release is an anthem for country folks, an ode to small town life, although don’t call ’em that:

“Don’t call us small town, never have been, never will
It’s a big time sundown, little house up on the hill
We marry angels and dance with the devil in a place where time stands still
Can I get an Amen for livin’ in Hallelujahville.”

Titled Here On Earth, the new album is a “collection of songs McGraw brought together to create vignettes of shared human emotions such as love, relationships, introspection and fun.”

“The album as a whole provides a musical tapestry of life and a shared experience that we can use to connect all the different lives that we live, all the different parts of the world that we come from and use music as the universal language to bring people together.”

Here On Earth is set to drop on August 21st and will launch with a livestream, full album performance from McGraw.
