Colter Wall Launches ‘Bunkhouse Sessions,’ A New Series Of Performances From Down On A Texas Ranch

The Canadian cowboy, AKA the incredibly talented Colter Wall, has been spending some time down in the Lone Star State.

And naturally, in between some “ranchin’ and goofin’ off,” he brought out the ol’ geetar to pick on a few songs from the bunkhouse. And thankfully for us, he recorded an entire series of those performances for our viewing pleasure.

For the first episode the new Bunkhouse Sessions, Colter delivered a solo performance of “I Ride An Old Paint/Leavin’ Cheyenne.”

“Recorded and filmed a new series in between a bit of ranchin’ and a lot of goofing around at my buddy’s place in Texas. The first ‘Bunkhouse Session’ is up.”

Singing’ cowboy tunes from the bunkhouse? Reminds me of Walker (Ryan Bingham’s character) in Yellowstone.

Colter’s upcoming album, Western Swing & Waltzes and Other Punchy Songs, hits shelves next month on August 28th.
