Fresh off a brand new record deal with Columbia, we had the pleasure of bringing Koe Wetzel on the podcast for a second time last week… obviously a little different setup this time with Coronavirus still going on, but as always, he did not disappoint.
We talked everything from wine hangovers to smashing recording studio doors like Mötley Crüe, Koe putting out a traditional country record when he turns 30, and of course, the new album he’s been working on.
He told us that most of the record is done, they’ve already cut a bunch of songs including the already released “Kuntry & Wistern” and “Sundy Or Mundy,” and that it would be out sometime later this year.
But the one question we had on our mind… what are you going to call it? And naturally, Koe had a few brilliant ideas.
