Taken in Navarre, Florida, the hilarious 2 minute videos shows an old couple booking it on their scooters over a bridge, as they hold up traffic for a country mile. The narrator here makes it, though, as he continuously screams “AMERICA!” out of his truck with a cracked windshield.
