Fresh off his most recent #1 single, Kenny is already gearing up to send his next single to country radio.
However, according to Kenny, the lead single “Here And Now” set the tone for the entire album:
“What you put out first says everything about what your record is. Maybe it’s old school, but I like the idea that we’re setting not just a moment, but a way of approaching life that reflects the spirit of No Shoes Nation. I am always amazed and rocked by how they face life. They really know how to grab the moment and make the most of whatever it might be.”
And now, Kenny will be following that one up with “Happy Does,” an easy, breezy feel-good tune written by Brad Clawson, Brock Berryhill, Greylan James and Jamie Paulin.
It’s the kind of song that might just turn your shitty day around, and let’s face it, with everything going on in the world right now, we could all use a little sunshine.
