Texas is living free as tons of folks hit up Galveston for “Go Topless Jeep Weekend” with one thing in mind – get completely loaded.
The special weekend is basically a big drunken party on the beach with jeeps and lots of drunk people acting like drunk people. They came to party this year, more than most, as the beaches reopened after quarantine.
In the end, nearly 200 were arrested this year, and two more were shot as a result of a fight that broke out.
