It’s no secret that bartenders, servers, bar owners, restaurant groups and others in the hospitality industry are the ones that have been royally fucked as a result of this Coronavirus pandemic. And unfortunately many bars/restaurants will even have to close their doors permanently, unable to weather this awful storm.
Which is why Luke Combs is teaming up with Miller Lite to host a virtual benefit concert in support of those that have lost their jobs.
“The bars and small clubs are where I got my start, so it hurts to see them and everyone else having to struggle the way they are,” said Luke Combs. “I’m excited to partner with Miller Lite to raise some money for them, sing a few songs, and spread the love for my favorite beer with my fans!”
“Luke is a longtime Miller Lite fan and we’re so lucky to be able to partner with him,” said Justine Stauffer, Senior Marketing Manager for Miller Lite. “When the tour got postponed, it was an easy to decision to come together to give back to our fans and raise awareness for bartenders and waitstaff in need during this time.”
Fans will be able to tune into the live performance on Luke’s social media pages, (we will also be hosting the live performance on our Facebook page as well) and fans are encouraged to fill up the virtual tip jar supporting the United States Bartenders Guild and their Bartender Emergency Assistance Program.
