Yikes.
Rough afternoon for Luke Bryan.
The country star is the #1 trending name on Twitter right now, and unfortunately for him, it’s a dumpster fire.
For some reason, the NFL Draft had Luke Bryan perform “Play It Again” over Zoom as the Seahawks drafted Stanford TE Colby Parkinson.
That’s when shit hit the fan.
While a Luke Bryan "at-home" concert is playing on the TV, the Seahawks have drafted Stanford TE Colby Parkinson with the 133rd overall pick. #NFLDraft

Poor Colby Parkinson had the best moment of his pro life so far ruined by Luke Bryan

I’d trade a draft pick to get Luke Bryan to not play a song.

Imagine working your whole life to get drafted and instead of announcing your name ESPN has Luke Bryan singing a country song over zoom

I think I saw two positive tweets so far, both involving a toddler dancing by the TV while Luke sang.
