As massive events continue to get cancelled around the world, Germany just announced that the famed Oktoberfest is indeed cancelled this year.
Every year, 6 million + people from all over the globe head to Munich for two weeks of debauchery, and beer guzzling, but not in 2020.
“We have decided the risk is simply too great,” state premier Markus Soeder said.

Oktoberfest 2020 was supposed to take place from September 19 through October 4.
