As far as the entertainment world goes, (we’re not talking about the doctors, nurses, scientists, essential workers, and first responders that are on the front lines), Willie Nelson and company have been real MVPs of this quarantine.
Along with Luke Combs, Matthew McConaughey, a some select others, Willie Nelson and Lukas Nelson have been delivering some great performances.
Lukas recently delivered a cover of Tyler Childers’ “Feathered Indians” for his Quarantunes Sessions, but also has done some John Prine, and joined Willie and Micah for “Turn Off The News (And Build A Garden).”
This time, joined by Willie and his brother Micah, he performed “Just Outside Of Austin,” a cut from his debut Promise of the Real album.
Willie will also be hosting a virtual 4/20 variety show special where fans are encouraged to “Come And Toke It” with Willie.
