Eric Church Performs Encouraging New Song “Never Break Heart,” Amid Coronavirus Outbreak

Chief rockin’ the beanie and the glasses… I dig it.

Anyways, in lieu of the 55th Annual ACM Awards, CBS is aired a television special featuring acoustic, at-home, performances from country’s biggest stars. Many artists are playing their current singles, some are playing old favorites, but one artist wrote a completely new song.

You already know…. Mr. Eric Church.

Leave it to Eric to write a completely new song. A song of hope, a song of encouragement, a song of resilience in these extremely difficult times. Titled “Never Break Heart,” it’s the kind of song we all could use right about now.

Eric introduced the song with the following message:

“Since the beginning of time, people have gathered. They have gathered for fellowship, they have gathered for worship, they have gathered for prayer, they have gathered for song, they have gathered for communion, they have gathered for grief, but they gathered and we will gather again. The important thing to remember is to not fear, to be brave and to endure. That’s what this song’s about.”

And it’s exactly why he’s one of the best in the business.
