If there is one silver lining in any of this mess we’re in right now, it’s that artists have A LOT of free time on their hands to create new music, share new music, and perform for fans in ways that they never would under normal circumstances.
And of course, we’ve seen our fair share of “challenges” pop up on social media.
The Deep Cuts Challenge has featured some great performances from Luke Combs, Blake Shelton and more, but now, artists have been sharing demos with fans… AKA unreleased recordings of songs that they’re still on the fence about.
Jake Owen nominated Morgan Wallen recently, and he shared a new one called “7 Summers.”
“Got nominated by Jake Owen to post a demo. I’m somewhat on the fence about putting this one on my next record. Y’all let me know what you think.”
He also nominated Keith Urban, Jason Aldean, and Luke Combs.
