George Strait’s Código Releases Limited-Edition Barrel Strength Anejo Tequila

A black box with a white label

Woooooo baby.

Código 1530, the tequila brand that is brought to us by the great George Strait (and let’s face it The King knows a thing or two about tequila), is unquestionably my favorite tequila on the market right now. In fact, we got a George Strait signature bottle sitting right here in the office and I’ll tell you what, it’s a beautiful thing. Super smooth, rich with taste, and a slickest bottle you’ve ever seen, Código 1530 is the real deal.

And believe it or not, this isn’t an ad. I just love the stuff.

Anyways, today they revealed a new limited-edition run of their barrel-strength anejo. It’s was produced with g 2-3 times more agave than normal and then aged for over 2 years in French White Oak barrels Cabernet barrels.

I mean just look at it.

I can taste this photo. And it tastes like a sunny spring afternoon on a patio with good country music and even better tequila. Getcha some.
