Tennessee Titans fan or not, you gotta love Mike Vrabel.

Not only did he lead the Titans to the AFC Championship game this past season, but when push comes to shove, he isn’t about talking. He’s going to walk the walk every time.

Coach Vrabel was spotted leading other Titans personnel in an effort to clean up Nashville after the tornado left parts of the city in ruins this week.

Delivering water and supplies, picking up debris, he’s out here with some good ol’ fashioned elbow grease trying to help his city pick up the pieces after this awful tragedy.

And what’s more, he called out the people that are going around and taking pictures of the damage without doing any actual help to clean up.

Respect.

We launched a couple new shirts, with ALL proceeds benefiting The Middle Tennessee Emergency Response Fund. Y’all came through, buying a bunch. It’s a beautiful thing to see.

Let’s keep it going…
