Chris Young Donates $50,000 To Tornado Relief In Nashville – Help Us Match It

After two tornadoes wreaked havoc across Central Tennessee this week, people are doing whatever they can to pitch in and help out.

It sucks that it always takes a tragedy to bring people together, but it’s in the most difficult times that resiliency of the human spirit is on full display. Neighbors helping neighbors, strangers helping strangers… Nashville is a tight-knit city and I have no doubt in my mind that together, they will overcome.

And while many are doing everything they can to help out, one country artist went above beyond, pledging $50,000 towards the relief efforts. Always one to give back, we’re talking about Chris Young.

My heart goes out to everyone who lost friends or family last night. It’s devastating to see photos this morning of the city I call home. I don’t even recognize some of the locations it’s so bad… to help I’m donating $50,000 to the Music City Inc Foundation. If you want to help feel free to visit the site here.”

And we’re going to do our best to try and match that, but we need your help.

Yesterday, we launched two new shirts with ALL proceeds benefiting The Middle Tennessee Emergency Response Fund. We’ve already raised thousands of dollars, but we ain’t even close to finished yet.

Help us get our donation up to $50,000 too.
