Luke Bryan Releases Title Track From Upcoming Album ‘Born Here, Live Here, Die Here’ & Hallelujah, I Hear Steel Guitar

Between “Knockin’ Boots” and his current single “What She Wants Tonight,” Luke’s new album was off to a pretty rough start.

And then this one comes out…

Is that steel guitar? Is that a piano? Are those real drums? Hallelujah, it’s a Valentine’s Day miracle.

Truth is, Luke is more than capable of really good country song and “Born Here, Live Here, Die Here” a pretty damn good one. It almost reminds me of an old church hymn in some ways, but regardless, Luke is always going to be at his best when he’s releasing songs like this one.

“The second I heard ‘Born Here Live Here Die Here’ it related to me,” he tells People. “How I grew up, how I have so many roots and so many ties to my hometown, and being tied to your hometown is very important in country music… I fell in love with the song right away.”

Luke’s 7th studio album, Born Here, Live Here, Die Here, will hit shelves on April 24th.
