Eminem just dropped a surprise new album, Music to Be Murdered By, but it’s the video for “Darkness” that has many talking.
“Darkness” was done from the perspective of the Las Vegas Route 91 shooter who murdered 58 people as Jason Aldean was on stage (Jason recently performed in Vegas for the first time since the tragedy).
As for the lyrics, they’re equally intense and once again show why he’s considered one of the greatest rappers of all time.
The video ends with Eminem calling for gun law changes by asking “When Will This End?” and concluding with “When Enough People Care.” Whether you’re a fan or not of what he’s doing with this song, you can’t argue just how powerful this is.
