Written by Jon Langston, Dan Isbell and Monty Criswell, “Cigarettes And Me” is the last track from Jon’s Now You Know EP, and yesterday, Jon released a stripped-down, acoustic video of the nostalgic tune.
“I’m a ford guy, that’s all I’ve ever driven. But my grandad is a Chevy guy & the guys I wrote the song with drive Chevy too. It’s not really about the brand of truck. It’s bout the story & the relationship with father / granddaddy & son. It’s my favorite song I’ve ever been part of.”
