Bourbon-Infused Salted Caramel Sauce Is Everything You Need This Winter

Is there anything better than a sweet and salty caramel sauce? Yeah, adding booze to it.

So this winter, when you’re in the mood for some caramel apples, maybe some caramel topping for ice cream, cheesecake, whatever dish you’re making that requires caramel, or maybe you’re just going to whip up some salted caramel sauce and eat it straight from the jar with a spoon (nothing wrong with that), take it to the next level with some deliciously boozy bourbon infusion.

Seriously, just drizzle this on whatever dessert you’re making this winter and you’re friends will think you’re Gordon Ramsay.

Ingredients:

-1 cup of heavy cream
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
-1 tbsp of Bourbon
-1 cup of sugar
-6 tsp of water
-1 tsp of sea salts
