The Highwomen are EVERYWHERE lately.
They’ve been releasing incredible song after incredible song, they blew the roof off at the Newport Folk Festival for their first live performance as a group, made their late-night debut on Fallon earlier this week, and now, the country supergroup just dropped a new song from an upcoming feature film. But not just any song, they’re having a go at the great Stevie Nicks.
From the upcoming film, The Kitchen, starring Melissa McCarthy, Tiffany Haddish and Elisabeth Moss, The Highwomen deliver a flawless cover of Fleetwood Mac’s “The Chain.”
The Kitchen premieres in theaters next Friday, August 9th, meanwhile, The Highwomen’s debut, self-titled album will be released on September 6th.
