Earlier this morning, Luke Combs tweeted out “1 week,” along with a link to his website that now features a countdown clock.

All of this has fans wondering… what the hell is going on?
Could it be another song? One of the unreleased ones that he’s been performing lately. Could it be an album announcement? After the success of his Prequel EP, the obvious next step is to announce a sophomore album, although, with “Beer Never Broke My Heart” about to be a #1 single, we most definitely could see another track from the EP sent to country radio. Some fans were hoping for more tour dates, but much like myself, most of them are begging for one thing… that new album.
Either way, it’s time to get excited.
