South Carolina minster Travis Kinley went viral after he filmed himself singing “The Circle of Line” from the childhood classic, The Lion King, alongside his new donkey, Nathan.
“I got him from about the North Carolina, South Carolina line,” Kinley tells WLTX. “He was causing some trouble at someone else’s house and I just picked him up for $100 bucks, he seemed alright with me.”
But when Travis started singing the Lion King song, he never expected Nathan to jump in with him.
“So, I got in the pasture, I gather all horses…. I start singing and Nathan starts to bray behind me, and I’m kind of blown away because we never do this together; we never sing together,” said Kinley. “He keeps going, so I keep going, and all of a sudden I just kind of break down laughing at the end.”
If you’re looking for a quick laugh today, look no further.
By the way, as someone that grew up with a pet donkey named Dave (true story), they’re pretty cool animals. Highly underrated.
