The Highwomen Continue To Impress With Tenderhearted Second Release, “Crowded Table”

If you’ve been sleeping on The Highwomen, it’s time to wake the hell up.

The Highwomen, country music’s new all-female supergroup composed of Maren Morris, Natalie Hemby, Brandi Carlile, Amanda Shires, smacked the country music world in the face with their debut single, “Redesigning Women,” but that was just the beginning. Their second release titled, “Crowded Table,” is another winner, a tenderhearted and empowering anthem of life, love, and inclusion.

“Yeah, I want a house with a crowded table, and a place by the fire for everyone / Let us take on the world while we’re young and able, and bring us back together when the day is done.”

Their self-titled, debut album is set to drop on September 6th and, the group will also make their official live debut as a group at the Newport Folk Festival tonight.
