Next to Christmas, the 4th of July and St. Patrick’s Day, National Tequila Day might just be my favorite holiday.
I’ve always been one of those types that think it’s stupid to hang onto a good bottle of liquor for a while. I understand saving a bottle for a special occasion, but give me a break, tequila was made for drinking, not collecting dust on your shelf.
However, these limited-edition George Strait Código bottles are the prettiest damn bottles of tequila in the history of the universe. Almost too pretty to drink… I said “almost.” But if there’s one way to spend an evening, it’s with a little George on the radio and a glass of Código in your hand.
I mean, look at these things. Who heard it?
Not to mention, there’s this song that goes perfectly with it. I’m talking ’bout “Código.”
