Jimmy Kimmel? How about that for a curveball?
Garth Brooks announced yesterday that he would be playing a 7-show Dive Bar Tour this summer, trading in those big-ass stadiums for the more intimate comfort of a few local dive bars. Epic, I know, but that’s not all.
Announced today, he’ll be kicking off the entire thing right here in Chicago at the iconic Joe’s on Weed, however, it appears as though Jimmy Kimmel will be joining him to help kick this thing off the right way. Garth, Kimmel, Joe’s on Weed… does it get any better?
The show is next Monday, July 15th, and tickets are only available through BIG95 and US99, the two country radio stations here in Chicago.
Get ready Chicago, this is really going to be something special.
