For the first time, Whiskey Myers is putting on their collective pilot’s cap and steering this plane where they want it to go.
In Part 1 of their new The Making of Whiskey Myers video series, the band gives us a behind the scenes look into the making of their new self-titled, self-produced album, some thoughts on producing it themselves and overall, how proud they are of the finished product.
“It has balls, in this day and time there’s so much complete shit out there, there really is, it would be so easy to waiver a bit. It’s probably not gonna be the best selling album in the world, and that’s fine, but we’ve been here 12 years and we still make the music how we want to make the music and that’s something to be proud of.”
Whiskey Myers hits shelves on September 27th.
