Colter Wall Calls Garth Brooks Canadian Tour Stop “Pretty Damn Disrespectful”

Garth Brooks will be taking his big-ass stadium tour to Regina, Saskatchewan, in August and recently announced the addition of a second show.

The problem is, August 9th and 10th is the same exact weekend that the annual Regina Folk Festival will be celebrating it’s 50th anniversary. Folk Fest is set to feature headlining performances from Blue Rodeo, A Tribe Called Red, and Jason Isbell, along with Colter Wall, Charlotte Day Wilson, The Dead South, and many other notable country and folk acts, however many of the artists are pissed that the city would book two big country music shows on the same weekend.

Most notably, Colter Wall, who called the double booking “pretty damn disrespectful.”

Colter also shared Garth’s weird-ass video from his Facebook debut a few years back prompting fans to “start the conversation.”

Colter Wall calling out Garth Brooks… I like that.

Seriously Garth, what the fuck was that?

Anyways, in the end, Colter wished everyone a good time that weekend, however encouraged the city of Regina to have a little more foresight in the future.

And remember folks, the grass is always “Garther” on the other side.

Seriously, Colter trolling Garth is my new favorite thing on Twitter.

That’s Not Country.
