The storytelling, the melody, the often imitated, never duplicated, solid gold known as Joe Nichols’ voice, I mean, what the hell happened to songs like this? Written by Connie Harrington, Tim Nichols, and Tony Martin, it peaked at #17 on the Billboard country charts back in 2003.
Joe Nichols, Josh Turner, what do we gotta do to get these kind of artists back on country radio?
