In honor of Granger Smith’s son River, who tragically passed away this past Thursday after a drowning accident at the family home, Granger’s Yee Yee Apparel is releasing a limited edition tribute shirt in his memory.
100% of all the proceeds will go to benefit Dell Children’s Medical Center, the hospital that gave him medical attention prior to his death.
“The River Smith Tribute Shirt is on sale now. 100% of the proceeds from this shirt will go to Dell Children’s Medical Center in honor of River Kelly Smith. River was Granger and Amber Smith’s youngest son who tragically passed away on June 6, 2019. He was cared for by the wonderful staff at Dell Children’s before he passed away. This shirt has a Yee Yee Excavator on it (Riv’s favorite thing to do was watch excavators scoop up dirt) and is red- Riv’s favorite color.”
