Shotgun Rider are calling quits after 4 years together.

The Texas Country duo, made up of Logan Samford and Anthony Enriquez, announced the split on their social media accounts Monday evening.

To our fans. Thank you for giving us 4 years of incredible memories. For letting us chase our dream, we will never be able to thank you enough for your support.

We have decided our time together as Shotgun Rider has come to and end. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for this incredible chapter in our lives.

Logan and Anthony

I’m sure they will both most likely explore their own single careers, as most duos that split up do, but man this is so disappointing. It seemed like these guys were some of the best young up-and-comers in the Texas Country scene and had started gaining some serious national attention after the release of their debut album Palo Duro.

Best of luck to them both with whatever they choose to do in their future careers. Long Live Shotgun Rider.
