Honestly, when this came on my Spotify ‘Release Radar’ shuffle I thought it was a misprint, or fuck up, for lack of a better term. Maybe Spotify accidentally labeled this cover coming from Big & Rich? So I went and checked YouTube, and there it was. Here it is and here I am saying this is bad. Unfortunately for the guys, one of the worst covers I have ever heard.
Maybe the guys downed a little too much Redneck Riviera whiskey and fell in front of a mic? Started singing Madonna?
I will say, I love Madonna’s original “Like A Virgin.”
