Luke Combs’ “Beer Never Broke My Heart” Sets Country Radio Record For Most Adds… Yeah, DUH

The unstoppable, runaway freight train, rocket to the moon, cruise missile of country music momentum known as Luke Combs continues to rip country music a new one.

His new single, and what I’m just going to go ahead and call the song of the summer, “Beer Never Broke My Heart” just set the record for most adds on the Mediabase/Country Aircheck chart with 149 adds this week, breaking the record set by Carrie Underwood’s “Smoke Break” in 2015.

“Beer Never Broke My Heart” is also Luke’s highest debut on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart (at #15) ever and the highest debut by any artist since since September 2012.

I mean, have you heard the song? No shit it was added to every country radio station on the planet. It’s THAT good.
