Kip Moore’s incredibly intimate Room To Spare: Acoustic Tour is one of the best shows I’ve seen in my entire life.
The music is flawless, the presentation is personal, but more than that, Kip’s delivery has an uncanny ability to make you feel like he’s talking directly to you… the whole time.
Without a doubt, the highlight of the show is Kip’s solo performance of “Guitar Man,” and growing up in South Georgia, this Macon show was more or less a home town gig for Kip. Before he launched into “Guitar Man,” he recalled his days of playing “Brown Eyed Girl” and wanting to punch everyone in the entire bar.
Throughout the song, he would break into different stories, different snippets of the memories that created it, and I’m telling you, if you appreciate music, songwriting, art, and artists that work tirelessly to perfect their craft, stop what you’re doing at watch this.
